Yes, I disappeared off the face of DeviantART again. Yes, I apologize for not responding to people who have left comments, favorites, etc. again. And yes, I have been so crazy busy that I just haven't had the time for DeviantART lately. AGAIN.

School really sucks, I'm just gonna say that much. I'm starting to get to that point where I'm wondering if college was a good idea or not. Sure, getting a college degree after years of pointless study and thousands of dollars wasted on an education is nice, but it sure as hell has been detrimental to my creativity output. I miss having the time to actually work on my OWN art projects rather than wasting time on school assignments I don't give a rat's ass about. :/ Especially when I have SO MANY DAMN IDEAS. ADFJA;LDS;ALDFDLFJL;AKFJLA;ASD; *stabs Life in the face with a spoon*

But, this has the potential to turn into a full-fledged rant, and I really don't want to get into that, especially since I don't intend to make this a very long note. I just want to get it out there that I'm back for a short while, I'm gonna upload some stuff that's been sitting on my hard drive all semester, and then gonna go disappear again once school swallows me back up into its void of misery.

On a lighter note, I do hope that people had very enjoyable holidays this winter season! As well as a somewhat belated Happy New Year to everyone. I truly do hope that 2012 will be a MUCH better year--2011 sucked ass, there's no denying that. At least for me it did. So here's to hoping! And my New Year's resolutions? Reducing my laziness by at least 50% and increasing my assertiveness by 50%. There's also always a lot on my to-do list that almost never gets done that I plan to conquer, namely a lot of creative stuff. This includes creating several different portfolios based on my different skill sets: cosplay, character concept art, illustration, traditional work (such as paintings), stuff like that. And I plan to create at least ten solid pieces for each category; consistency is also something I plan to work on. Sounds ambitious? Of course it has to be, otherwise there's no other way I'm going to make a name for myself via my creativity.

Oh yes, and I am planning to attend MAGFest this coming weekend! As well as Katsucon in February and Otakon in July, the usual ones, you know. I may attend some other cons in between, but it all depends on how well my financial situation is. ;_; It looks like a good cosplay year, at the very least!
